Meet Samantha Casas, REALTOR®

Hi, I’m Samantha, a real estate agent from San Antonio, TX. I grew up on the NW Side of town and graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2015. My professional real estate experience spans 3.5+ years as a realtor. My background includes interior design, business, and elementary education.

My husband, Lorenzo, and I have been together since high school and often work together. He and his dad are new home builders and I, of course, list their properties. I’ll also help out with marketing and business operations from time to time. I’m able to learn about the science of building a home, permits, zoning, and more with him. He also doubles as my assistant at some open houses so you might see us together.

I received my Military Relocation Professional certification to better serve military clients, as we are in Military City U.S.A. after all. My late grandfather served in the Navy during the Vietnam War and my mom has worked at Lackland AFB for 20+ years. Many of my family members were employed at Kelly AFB before its closure in late 90’s.

If you are looking for a home in one of the many historic districts San Antonio has to offer, I also have my Historic House Specialist certification. Learning about the historic districts in San Antonio has actually been on the most interesting topics in real estate. In order to maintain the city’s beauty and rich history, there are guidelines for upkeep that must be followed. I can guide you through these and explain the property tax breaks offered to owners.

Personally, I have bought, sold, and built my own homes. I know what it is like to be on each side of the transaction and how stressful it can be.
